Hello..

Just wondering do you guys think this will make a VG Grade?  I personally think it does but not sure.  There are no Rips or Tears in the note.  There is very little paper rigidity left.  It doesn't hang like a limp rag when you hold it.

Too many folds/creases to count.. but the design is still well in tact.

Thoughts? Opinions?

Thanks..

Got it with some other Shinplasters..  6 in total..
1900 Courtney (VF)
1900 Boville (F),
1923 Cav-Saun (EF)
1923 Cam-Clark (F)
1923 Cav-Saun (G)

Not a bad deal for $50 for all 6 notes..  :)

I think it is below a VG, but perhaps not by much, according to the old Charlton grading standards.  According to the new, I would have to double check.
