does anyone know of a serial number that would count as a birthday note for people born in oct, nov, or dec, after the 9th. for example dec 25th. would have to 12252001 one to many numbers.

Are people with these birthdays out of luck?

can you do something like 0122501? or does it have to be a 4 digit birth year to count?
