Low Numbered Shinplaster

Hello,

I recently bought a low numbered shinplaster but I am not sure what its worth. I don't recall seeing any number thats lower (but if you have, I would like to know).

DC-24a
Grade: VG
Two Pinholes, small loss of design on the reverse and some soiling.
