Question about printing of 1954 1 Dollar Notes

There is a bill for sale on ebay where the reverse is blue.  Is this a true error and is there any value to this note?  Also is the claim that the bill is printed with yellow and blue to create green valid?

I have never heard of this being a genuine error.  But I have definitely heard that it is possible to chemically change the blue ink to green.

I read years ago about how the green ink used on U.S. notes is comprised of a blue and a yellow component, and that it is possible to chemically remove one or the other (or both) pigments with the right chemicals.  I don't know if it is the same on Bank of Canada notes.
