Spotted this note you-know-where.  The resolution shown is as good as it's gonna get I'm afraid.  So, can anyone else make out what it says on the back of the holder?

looks like it says

"Lick look in the graders notes please"

A comment that should be been removed before printing and sealing.

That's pretty much what I thought it says.  I wonder, though, if that means the note passed the PMG taste test?  :P  Maybe that's their basis for differentiating EPQ from non-EPQ notes.
