OK, before anyone complains of receiving flippant answers, I don't know for sure of any method that will remove odours from paper money. Success probably depends on the series of note and what is causing the stink. Unfortunately, "stink" would be considered original, so a stinky note should actually trade for a premium over an odourless one :-D
Seriously, though, if you're not worried about the originality of your notes, I would try soaking them in soapy water. Try something mild like dish soap. Then transfer to clean water before drying so the soapy smell is dissipated. If that doesn't work, ask a dealer how they clean their notes
