Is that a cutting error ?

Hi,

I got 10 new HPY today from a bundle. 5 of them had a cut at the bottom right. I can't scan them today, but on another website I found the same exact error cut but it's on a 20$.

I suppose it an error but if I try to sell them or keep them, I don't think it's legit to say that because I could had cut them myself or someone else...

Cutting errors where pieces of paper are missing are not considered collectable because they are too easy to fake.  Cutting errors where it note is mis-cut or has extra paper are collectable.
