Error Digit?

I Should have posted my bank note here, Well i hope it's ok...

The "2" is kinda lower than the rest in the red serial number ... Error or not? I hope it is but
i dont want to get my hopes up  :-X

It is an error alright, but in my opinion it is not significant enough to add to its value.  To the right collector they may pay a small premium over face for it though.
