1954 K/O cut out of register errors

I discovered these two notes on a recent trip to Canada. My father had set these aside. My estimation of value is around $40 each - E25-i VF.

Does that sound about right?

I think that is a very good estimate. Interesting pair of the same prefix, but far apart in number..
