Found a $5 note seems shifting up alittle comepare to
Other "regular" notes. Is this an error note?

Actually, the printing on the upper note is just fine.  It's the cutting that is a little off.  I say that because if you look at how the dark ink is aligned with the rest of the printing, that all looks OK.  So, the note was simply miscut.  As there is no printing from the adjacent note visible on this one (it's only out a couple millimetres), this is an error, but a minor one, and wouldn't command much of a premium.
