A friend has shown me a 1954 Canadian $20 replacement bill with the serial number V/E 0209678 and the signatures of Beattie and Rasminsky that he feels is rare even though it has a number of crease marks on it.
What are the true facts about this bill?

According to the CGPM cat edition 24 these are the facts:
BC-41bA *VE 80,000 qty printed 0160000 - 0239999 (serial # range)
VG 275, F  425, VF 650, EF 1200, AU 1900, UNC 2800, CH UNC 3000, GEM 3300
