This is a minor error but because the note is in UNC condition it would be a keeper.

Thanks Bear and Squid. The thing is that the note was at an end of a bundle and the other side has some heavy scuffing on the hologram, plus one of the corners has a bend(upper left on the image). Would not call it an UNC.
