The Saskatoon police department is telling people to refuse to accept Birds $100s, because of an increase in counterfeits found there over the last week.

I had trouble spending Birds $100s back in 2004, right after the Journey series was released. No merchant wanted to take them.

As I recall that this series was relatively easy to counterfeit, the last counterfeit I got was a $10 bird note.

As a sideline topic, I've taught my parrot to yell "BAD BIRD!" whenever I wag my finger at him  :-D
