1974 $2 *RD Notes

Does anyone have any information on this replacement note *RD? It is listed in the Charlton 25th ed. on p.286 and on p.293 as the only known note *RD8059999. Where did this note come from, when was it found what grade etc??   Perhaps we might need a new registry for this prefix.

Check the latest CPMS Journal.  I believe it was in the June issue, but if not, then the March issue.
