Err.... Am I missing something ..... why is this graded?!

So was browsing eBay.... and saw this (Bid $100 or BIN $250). Am I missing something here? Why would someone grade this note?!!!! It's not a fancy serial, it's not a replacement, it's not an error......idk... any ideas?

They are selling the holder, not the note!

I would imagine people said things like that of people collecting the Devil's faces when they first came out.  Not that there is something special like that about the polymer note, but if they hang onto it for 60 years, we may not be using paper currency then.  Why not get a head start on selling them now   :-D
