Which Prefixes does the BoC NOT use?

For example, the new $20 polymers, the first run is BIx where x started at E and goes through to Z. I want to confirm which letters they skip. I believe it is I, O, Q and X? Has it always been this way (since they stopped using X to represent replacement bills), i.e. is this a consistent policy across most central banks?

If you login to the Serial Number DB you can see the prefix ranges that the BoC traditionally skips

Correct... Check the Prefix Maps link, then look through the various printer letters (A/B/C, E/F/G/H).
