There are some people that collect die chips but they wouldn't pay much, if any, of a premium for this coin.

Would you know why Charlton lists some die chip errors for toonies/loonies and not others? For instance the 67th edition lists 1996, and 2000 for toonies and none for loonies.
Can one assume that the ones listed are rare and therefore worth mentioning? Any insight would be helpful.
Are there grading agencies that will include die chip errors in their grading?
