a nice project over xmas and boxing day, this brick was mostly paper:

Yeah I miss those birds too.    The birds series is probably my favorite series.

You seem to be having quite a bit of luck with these bricks, especially with M/C notes.  I don't brick but I was having a bit of luck in November with the M/C 5$ notes in change or in small amounts from the bank.  Now they seem to have all disappeared again.

Wow, you're the first person I've ever heard say that! Most have said the Bird series, as a whole, was the butt-ugliest series ever released by the BoC.

Wow, that's a good haul of 56 MC 2011, specially the HAE which is so difficult to find.
I've seen HAF-HAL in circulations, but never HAE.

Lately there seems a few of them out in circulations, right before and after the polymer got out, but I can only see HAK & HAG in this location.

It would be nice if you can break down how many of each HAE-HAK prefix you got there. Thank You.

Yes, I like the birds series too, specially the nice red $50.  I still see a Birds in odd times here. Got a used $20 yesterday from a local Credit Union.

Sounds like you had fun!  I'm disappointed though that of all that data, only four notes were shared with the SNDB.  I again encourage you to enter all of the notes from your brick to the SNDB.

I didnt keep detailed records this time sorry. Out of 56 M-C there were 2 HAE and the rest roughly in proportion to the "Qty reported" in the SNDB.

I took a pic of the 674 Jenkins Carney's after full sortation. The piles on the left are HPB (at the top) thru HPY on the bottom (HPZ not in the picture). The 5 piles on the right are HAA-HAE. There were 574 CBN bills in 26 series plus (not in this picture) 100 BAI bills in 29 series (e.g. AAG). You can imagine how much time this took! I actually spent 6 hours on this brick from start to finish and found a grand total of only 1 UNC bill in 1000 (the rest running from AG to AU):

If you want to know, in the 4 Jenkins-Dodge bills I had 1 APL, 1 APG, 1 AOV and 1 AON.

Wow- thank you for sharing. I am glad that you are able to get your hands on old bundles. It is becoming tougher. I would have loved to get a hand on those notes for my stick-star analysis.

And if you don't consider this to be detailed I will wait for your next batch of analysis.

jeez, how long would that take? I'd be up all night!! If it takes 30 seconds to enter a note that would be 8.33 hours without a break. 

I entered a few more notes and hope to hit the 100 mark soon. Plus I have another brick coming next week...I'll do my best to enter 50-100 of them!
