Researcher Everett (Mr Hi-Lo) Runtz found the following note in circulation in a used bundle on April 7th, 2014. It is a new series CTC S28-F07 with the Pasternak / Wetmore signatures. Popular belief was that CTC went from CTC S28-F06 (dated 2006) straight to CTC S31-F12 (dated 2012).
