What appears to a nice "authentic" polymer printing error.

Even without high resolution image it is easy to decipher underlying offset ink missing below the intaglio. I hope this was not bought by someone for more than face.

Wonder what paper money would say if it could talk?

With minimal detective work I have concluded that the seller of this note on eBay is "Very Senior Member" on our forum, and as such, I would expect that the note is genuine and unaltered.  I am sure that the member in question will reply to this post with a confirmation of that fact and the provenance of the note.
