Extra back tint

While going through a bunch of 5's the tint on this note stood out to me. At first I thought someone used highlighter to brighten the note on the one corner, but when looking at it closer it seems to be almost a mix of the eurion rings, and the suns glow off the earth. Anyone else find anything similar?
