I have the opportunity to by two Canadian notes.

One is a 1969 $20 Lawson - Bouey WB 7777777 AU 58 PMG EPQ, the other is a
             1954 $10 Bettie - Coyne ZD 9999999 CHUNC 64 PMG EPQ.

I'd love to know your opinion on value and what a reasonable offer would be.
