SNDB signature code doesn't work

Hi,

I recently earned a new signature on he SNDB for entering 5,000 notes.  When I copied and pasted the code, nothing appears.   Am I doing something wrong?  I double checked by typing in a smiley and that DOES appear in my forum signature.
Please help.
