I saw this on eBay.  Question: why is this error type not listed in the catalog?

The note shown in the picture
Is my note (Canadian paper money errors)
I also found a similar error with an APV
Prefix in a new sealed BOC brick
I spoke to a BOC rep years ago showing him both notes
At one of the media events and he
Had said this is an extremely rare
Error because the cancellation mark
Was suppose to clearly show the
Note was faulty and to be pulled by QC
And it should have never been released
To the public
The only other I have seen is a 100 bill
With the same wet trap error and cancellation mark

I did try to get the note listed in the catalogue a few
Years back However I was told that since the note
Could be recreated it could not be listed in the catalogue
Unfortunately I can only assume it never will be
But either way I know I have some
Nice errors that I know are real and
Will remain in my collection

I bought the note couple years ago from the member CPM, I couldn't remember who was I bought. anyone is interesting let me know your best offer. camn18@yahoo.ca
