Some Help With Grading

Hello,

I am looking at this note in a auction and I have been currently outbided @$750 CAD. Was wondering if anyone thought that this not was VF or higher?

Looks more like VG/F to me.  PMG would probably grade it VF-20 or even 25 if they are feeling generous.  It's certainly not higher than VF by any stretch of the imagination but that is (unfortunately) in line with what some sellers/grading companies would grade it as most likely.

Appears to be F-12, but every grader is different. Also, a small ink patch in the corner.
