What is the concessions on this note.

Hello all,

What do you guys think of this note on ebay.  Missing print or bleached. It seems a lot lighter then normal, but can that be caused from the missing print?

Looks legit to me.  I don't see the slightest sign of the "Canada" background or the flock of geese.  Does look a bit light but the remaining design still looks very intact.  I don't see how you could bleach only the background areas without affecting the rest of the note.  Don't take my word for it though.  Anything is possible.

It looks legit at first glance. A higher resolution image would allow a closer look. In looking at it closer there appears to be some evidence that this would not have resulted from a production related issue.
