I have been noticing recently that several 1967 centennial notes command huge premiums to the book value when graded GEM UNC 66 / 67.

A recent sale of a PMG UNC67 EPQ was sold for $98 + shipping  ???

While I understand a certain premium is expected, it seems baffling that collectors are paying 20X book for such a common note which books for $4 in GEM UNC. Coincidently, most of these are graded by American TGP which bring the question, how much are you willing to pay for the holder?
