I added a couple notes that were identified as new high/lows and can't seem to attach the files. At first I was trying png file and thought that could be the problem but converted them to jpg and have the same issue.
Turns out it's a maximum file size problem. Perhaps the window could state the max size as a warning to others experiencing the same issue. With phones taking fairly high level photos, perhaps this limit needs review?
