1954 $2 Grade Opinion?

From what I can see in the pictures im going with AU-55 due to the 2 soft corners and the crease on the right face and back left.

What do you guys think?

I'd call that an Extremely Fine grade, due to the crease.

I can agree on one thing, and that is that the holder it is currently sitting in is way off IMHO.  I wont post what grade it was given by a well known TPG yet.  Let see if we can get some more opinions on the matter.
