1991 $20

Many years ago I pulled a 1991 $20 from circulation due to its very dark microprinting. The green 20s are almost blurred by the green ink. And The Queen's necklace is not sharp. These made me wonder if it's counterfeit. But the OSD does turn from gold to green when tilted and a planchette has been picked off. And the green on the back is darker than usual. Any thoughts?

Hard to tell from the pictures..but nothing stands out for me, other than the darker ink printing that you mentioned.
