Hi all,

Just wondering if Mark Carney becomes Prime Minister, does that effect the value of any notes with his signature? Or perhaps old paper notes?  :)

Cheers, Breanna

I think it will have no effect on banknotes with his signature.

I don't know this info but is there a note with his signature that is of low quantity? limited release? to items might have an impact who knows?

Yes, if you have a low print run otherwise there would be no impact on value.

Banknotes with his signature were mass produced so it wouldn't really increase the value unless the banknote was a short-run

Perhaps the M-C $5 2013 series would potentially increase in the value with only 3.62M made but i'm not sure. Haven't found one in circulation in a while.
