Over 10 years ago I got access to a document that provided additional details about the different 1954 $2 Test Note Ranges (see attached).  It specifically broke down the ranges for all test note prefixes and also listed the type of paper that was being tested in each test run.

I was told that this typewriter produced document was from the Bank of Canada archives and was the basis for the discovery of the 1954 $2 N/R test note range.

In reviewing the document today I noticed that the G/R test note ranges are different than the accepted ranges outlined in the current and past Charlton catalogues.  One noticeable difference is that it does not list the G/R0000001 - 0079999 as a test note range.

If this is indeed an archival document from the Bank of Canada, does anyone now why the Charlton catalogue has not been updated accordingly ?
