Those are the French oversees series printed for French island dependent territories. The provisional "Nouveau Franc" were reprints for the original French territorial islands series. (Reunion & St. Pierre & Miquelon seem to belong to each other like a pair that were both treated equally when the overprints were created). I don't know the economic reasons (or story) behind the order to reprint the original 1950-1960 series but only that this series appeared near the end (1961) so some may be a little more common than the original 1950-1960 notes. Apparently there were some without the island designations (these are tough). How rare the notes are, typically depends on the island/region (how many were kept). All of them are pretty tough in high grades. Anyway, that is an amazing set B-72: congrats!
