Thanks for keeping everyone up to date, Jonathan. It's important to keep tabs on what you Newfies are up to. ;)

Do you suppose all this recent fog in Newfoundland possibly delayed the shipments of the new notes?

Do you seriously think it had even the most remote connection?! Please! Fog in Newfoundland has no more connection with banknotes not arriving on the initial day of issue than does the colour of my hair.

You really should find something better to spend your time pondering. Take my suggestion of sheet layouts for example. If you come up with a solid solution, it will be well worth your efforts, I'm sure.

I began to spend a lot of 10$ UNC FEB. People really like them. I think we can consider the upgraded 10$ as the most beautiful bill of the "journey" series. I went to the restaurant and the waiter was very surprised. He said : it's nicer than the other" He did not I was money collector, same thinjg when I went out yesterday, Just positive comments for the moment  ;D

I've spent about 45 of them so far, and quite a few people didn't even notice the notes. Some were very happy and excited though. Some people in line seeing me hold the new $10 were also happy.

I've also took more than 300 of these notes in and out of the bank.

Don't you mean FEP or FER, not FEB?  FEB was released on the original 2001 issue $10 a few years back.  :-/

*Typo corrected.

And I am truly sorry, Bitburger, but I thought that can-banknotes posted the reply about the FEB's, and not you.

My sincere apologies.  :-[
