i find this note this morning eyc9609096,i know this is not a true rotator :(but what would you call it :-?keep it or spent it 8-)

I would file this under "Frustrating Bill"   ;)  That is SO CLOSE!!   Hey- you will find one soon.  :)

There are some people out there that keep things like this, although if it is in rough shape, it is probably a spender.

Sorry no 1's allowed and 6's and 9's can be used. Brent has the explaination written some where and I'm sure he'll add a link when he see's this.
 
 There always has to be a 0 or an 8 as the center digit, that's rule #1. Here are a few examples.

6680899
0968960
0080800
8660998
6660999

  When they are flipped over they read the same.
