Again, I have a lot of best notes, but here are some of them:

Choice UNC 1954 DF $5, Beattie/Coyne

Choice UNC 1954 DF $20 Beattie/Coyne

Very Fine 1954 M $20 *V/E

Very Fine 1973 $1 *AA >5M

Choice UNC 1973 $1 AXA Test Note

Choice UNC 1973 $1 Birds S/N Test Note

Very Fine 2001 Journey $10 Error Note

Very Fine 1898 Dominion of Canada $1 Note

Good 1922 Canadian Bank of Commerce $5 Barbados Note (rare)

Sometimes it really depends on your definition of "best". Do you mean best condition? Highest book value? Most favourite? Rarest? Most spectacular error? Most interesting serial number?

The ACM test note is virtually unknown. As far as I know, there are three out there, and I have one. I know where the other two are, but I can't say. They were obtained by their current owner from two separate dealers a long time ago.

Just make sure to have it in a safe thats in another safe buried underground .lol

That's where I keep MY prized notes...In a safety deposit box at my bank.  Their SDB area is below street level.  So in a way, they are in a safe that's in another safe buried underground.  If I remember a previous post from BWJM, he said the majority of his notes are kept in an SDB too.

Anyway, to get back on topic, none of my best notes are particularly rare, but I suppose the pride of my collection is my Multicolour specimen set.

LOL - venga50 has impeccable timing.

Yes, that is correct. My collection is secured in a safety deposit box at a bank.

Dang, how could I forget...

I've also got my "dalmatian note" - my 1974 $2 bill with way too many planchettes on it.

Actually i had thought that we were refering to the AXA test note. I thought that the ACM was an error note or something but not a test note. Indeed that ACM test note you've got is a one of a kind!  :D

I am now the proud owner of a UNC No BPN EVH $20 note. And what a deal it was, for only HK$5,000 ($750) This has to be the best note in my collection.

You are very lucky to find such a note. Your are one of the very few collectors to own one of these EVH No BPN notes. If i may ask... what number is your EVH note?

I know this doesn't hold a candle to some of the bills that are out, but my best would be my BEP UNC Rotator (Could be the only one of it's kind), and then this one here is kind of neat too:
