In a brick of HOE4089xxx, I found a different printing error which would run consecutively in bunches.
Error was found in the following locations:
HOE 4089500-16
HOE 4089710-36
HOE 4089772-90
HOE 4089917-44
HOE 4089965-93 FP 27 BP 33
On the back it looks kind of like an eye on the right hand side.
