CANADIAN PAPER MONEY FORUMS
Outage Report

On Friday, February 17, 2006, the Canadian Paper Money Forums experienced an outage caused by a lack of available disk space. Symptoms that users may have experienced include:
  • Unable to post new threads
  • Unable to post new replies
  • Unable to register new members
  • Unable to send PMs

The problems were caused by an exceeded disk quota on the web server due to a large number of accumulated backup files. These files have been removed, except for several of the most recent ones, and a significant amount of storage space has been freed up.

Bottom line, it's my fault that I forgot to regularly clear out old backup files, but I fixed it as soon as I could, and the forums are again fully operational.

Thank you for your patience.

Seeing how it is your fault, your wages are reduced to less than half what you are being paid to do.

Everything working well from this end.

I'm not sure I like the 50% pay decrease, so how about we settle at only a 25% pay decrease?

Actually, who cares... 50% of nothing is still nothing, so you might as well just have me pay you twice what I get paid now! ;D

OK, if you really want to be paid more, you got it.

Doubled.

Pays about the same as the job I got. If anyone thinks a CAND executive gets paid, the answer is negative. I asked for a raise, they said no, or yes, double it if you want. It remains on the low end of nothing.
