1991 $20 error

Hi,

Check out what I got today at work...in VF condition but still nice.  Definately a keeper but does anyone have an idea as to rarity/value?

and a close-up of the error...  It looks like another sheet was on top of this one...

Nice!

Take a good look at it with a magnifying glass to see if perhaps the signature could have been worn off or something. An odd error, but definitely worth the price! :D Great find!

Nice find.  Perhaps just a little piece of scrap paper was on the sheet as it was printed?
