Are they worth anything?

Well, back about 5 years ago i was at the mall when i noticed the money "guy" there so i went there found some paper money and bought them didn't know a thing about them. and now im wondering if there even worth a penny. I didn't pay alot for these maybe 1 or 2 dollors.
