$100 BKG insert

Found this note today, in AU and after looking at the Wiki site, it fall right in the confirmed insert range (5.670M - 5.681M).
I have 2 questions:
1- who confirmed this range? I've look in the H/L section and found no mention of someone finding BKG insert.
2- What would be the value of $100 BKG insert notes?

If the Wiki site says it is a confirmed insert range, then it appeared on Gilles' lists as being an insert range. This applies to all denominations. Conversely, if it does not appear on Gilles' list, it will not be displayed as a confirmed insert range.
