What was the final sale price if you don't mind my asking? That's assuming you won the auction.

This note sold for $650.00 :o.  Add on the hammer fees and taxes and it comes to about $870.00 :o :o.

Isn't this double the book value for this type of error?  :-?

Ya I know over double book and I was watching it end and I almost bid again and then I thought to bid again I have to put up $700 plus 17.50% Buyers fee and 14% tax I wasnt going to spend a $1000 on that note.

Hello all: I bought the note and I think it's worth plenty over the hammer price. How often do you see such a dramatic note on a high denomination? Throw out the book.... cheers..

What are the front and back position numbers on that note? It is important since the note is in the bottom left corner of a sheet when viewed from the back (numbered side).

Thanks

Did you see the Journey $100 butterfly error for sale by the same seller?  You'd need deep pockets to buy both - over $3000 USD!
