Great question.I sold this note in an email sent ot all my previous buyers at the same time.I solicited the highest bid,which came at $13,500.
At the time PMG was not as widely marketed or accepted,at least here in Canada.That is my perception anyways.
What is interesting,I did describe the note as perhaps,if graded,would return one of the highest known *VV's to date.
In direct answer to your question,I had shown that note to many a dealer and collector.All thought it an amazing note.I'd have graded it as such,had that been the norm for terms at the time.
Second thought I'd have probably said...PMG 65 no doubt,with a very likely PMG66 but no guarantees
