Radars are always nice, you wouldn't be able to sell it for a premium that would buy you a small coffee, but there are some people out there (me lol) who are looking for certain numbers and condition is irrelevant.
So, in saying this, if you are going to send it back into circulation, I would be happy to add it to my collection. He will have many friends.
