I know the lucky and proud owner of note 30000000003 . ;) It might be for sale within the next few years. Be patient. It comes from the BOC sale. Two digit radar and lowest number available to collectors since number one and two are at the museum.

Again this note belongs to a collector that I know. This note was only sold once at the first BOC auction in 1999. If someone kept the catalog, could you verify. I think you cannot price such a note. You have to sell it at the Torex auction & Ebay auction.

I dont think there is any specific price in charlton for Super Radars... i could be wrong. But i can imagine they would go well over $1,000 in UNC as these are very rare and quite popular to collect.

There haven't been very many comments concerning my original post.

I've been holding on to numbers that are palindrome with leading zeros either added or removed since mathematically these ARE equivalent to palindrome numbers although they don't have quite the same eye appeal as those typically collected...

These are actually quite a bit rarer than the ordinary 7-digit types... for example there are only 99 possible 11-digit ones out of a 10M run such as the note posted (00009090000).  Here is a slightly less ambitious 9-digit palindrome number (999/10M):
