Yes, I saw that recently too. I expect it was a missing decimal error. He probably meant to list it for $399.00, but when he typed it in, he typed in $39900, forgetting the decimal and resulting in what must really hurt: the listing fee.

Keeping in mind that the BEK note has "very very light ripples", I still think it's worth the money.
