Hi, I am new here...

I have a question about the new 100.00 note:
On the back there is a poem in English which starts by " Do we ever remember that ..." but then it's translated in French "Nous souvient-il parfois..." . For those that speak french is that proper french? Isn't supposed to be Nous souvenons-nous parfois... is it an error??? I work at the bank and  I had a few people complain about it today...

Nous souvenons-nous parfois..  sounds more correct to me.  The BoC will very likely have to re-issue the note.

Marc :)

By the way...  A second pack of 100 notes at this bank started at EJA 1945492... ONE AWAY FROM THE RADAR, adding further evidence to suggest that radars are being pulled.  >:(

EJA 1953591

RADAR NOTE found in Waterloo, Ontario, N2L 3G1, today!

This marks the FIRST Journey $100 Radar note discovered (at least as far as this forum is concerned) and it at least partially disproves the theory that radar notes are being yanked from bricks.

A scan will be coming later this evening after I get home.

Currently, the note is owned by Mike_L but it's in my possession for scanning.

Cower behind your desk Monday, Maher... ;D you're the one who "checked" that brick.  I checked the boring 1945--- brick.

Strange, I went to a HSBC bank branch today in Chinatown, they recieved a new brick of 100s, but the tellers are radar collectors, and they opened the brick to discover the radar missing, and a EJE note replacing it. I also got another new 100 with number EJA0429943. I frequent that HSBC branch, and the tellers know me well, they used to always give me the radars from theirs bricks of 5, 10, 20 bills.
