Hey all,

I am one lucky guy I was in a dominion store today and got HOY1747473 as change so i asked for more $5 and I got the radar ! HOY1747471 along with 1747472. Now as you can see in the scan there is a black dot with white around it on all 3 notes above the bar code on the left its very odd. Any thoughts? Have you see this before? Would it add a premium to the radar?

I have seen this on occasion, not significant to warrant a premium though from what I have heard and seen from others.  Its still a keeper though :)

Interestingly, I found many such notes from a bundle in a brick.  Its serial is HOY3247187.  I kept some and labelled it "rock before the toboggan" ;).  According the serial and supposing that all the notes between were printed in order, it means the defect was carried over more than 40000 sheets...

Got a HOY2917732 but there's no black dot on it though.

This kind of error is found on only one plate, so the 39 remaining are intact.  Your note must have different position numbers as this one.  I forgot to specify the position numbers of my error notes:  FPN#48, BPN#13.
