BABN $20s changeover

Hi, I have reason to believe that there was a paper changeover to the new supplier at around ALB 2M-4M.

I may be out to lunch, but if ANYONE comes across any ALB notes, please let me know what the serial and FP/BP is.   This could possibly be relevant to future insert ranges maybe.
