need help with signatures on some US notes

News: Welcome to the Canadian Paper Money Forum.

These are not old notes and nothing special just a bunch of UNC I got when I was recently in the US. Can anyone tell me what the signatures are since I really can't make them out. (not familiar with any names)

$50 2004 series A GB14179977A   looks like Cabrel and Snow?
$10 2004 series GE03841359A     Cabrel and ?
$10 1999 series BB55482049C     Withrow and Summer?
$20 2004 series ED54817973D     Pacord and Snow?
$20 OJ74269085B                         Cabrel and Snow?
$5 Series 2001  CK45166444B     Merian and Oneil?
$2 G64062659A 1976                   Nelf and Finner?


I appreciate any help you can provide me with.  Also, is there a site that describes exactly what all the different letters and numbers on the face of a US bill means.
I understand what is on CDN notes but not the US.

Can you double-check the serial number of the $20 notes? I think you may have an error.

PS: Series information is important for all US notes.

I got my information from www.wheresgeorge.com and this is what I came up with based on my entries there in order of the notes you described above (some are duplicated and I only put them in once) :

Anna Escobedo Cabral  John William Snow
Mary Ellen Withrow  Lawrence Henry Summers
Rosario Marin  John William Snow
Rosario Marin Paul Henry O'Neill
Francine Irving Neff  William Edward Simon

Here's a break down of the FRB letters:

New York(B)
Chicago(G)
Boston(A) 
Philadelphia(C)
San Francisco(L) 
Richmond(E) 
Atlanta(F) 
Cleveland(D)
Minneapolis(I) 
Dallas(K)
Kansas City(J)
St. Louis(H)

An 'A' after the series (year) means that there was a change sometime after the notes were designed.

As I said, I don't collect US currency but hard not to hold onto an UNC until you know if it is worth keeping or not!
